1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LocalPrint (accessible at localprints.vercel.app and affiliated kiosks/domains). By accessing or using our cloud self-service print platform, website, counter QR kiosks, and partner portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

LocalPrint provides an automated software-as-a-service (SaaS) and counter-kiosk platform connecting customers with physical print shops, cyber cafes, and stationery stores. Customers can upload documents, configure print settings (B&W/Color, single/double sided, copies), preview rendering, and make contactless online payments (via Razorpay/UPI/Cards) for instant counter printing.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Document Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary legal rights, permissions, and licenses to print the documents and media files uploaded to the LocalPrint platform.

• You agree NOT to upload illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful content.
• You agree NOT to upload malicious scripts, viruses, or counterfeit currency templates.
• LocalPrint is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-uploaded files.

4. Pricing, Billing & Payment Processing

All print pricing is transparently displayed on each store's kiosk interface before order confirmation. Rates are established based on page count, color selection, copies, and duplex options.

Online transactions are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay Software Private Limited, NPCI UPI, NetBanking, and Card Networks). LocalPrint does not store your confidential credit card numbers or UPI MPINs.

5. Document Privacy & Automated Retention Policy

All customer-uploaded files are transmitted over end-to-end encrypted SSL/TLS channels. Uploaded documents are automatically deleted and purged from cache memory upon successful print dispatch or within 24 hours of session expiration.

6. Limitation of Liability

LocalPrint provides the software on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and immediate print spooling, we are not liable for physical printer hardware jams, power outages, ink exhaustion, or network interruptions occurring at the independent partner store's physical premises.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh / New Delhi, India.
