1. Fulfillment Model Overview
LocalPrint Technologies operates an on-demand, instant self-service digital and physical print fulfillment platform. When a customer places a print order through our web app or store QR kiosk, fulfillment takes place directly at the physical location of the chosen partner store (stationery shop, photocopy center, or cyber cafe).
2. Delivery Timelines & Process
Physical documents are spooled and printed within 1 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation. Customers can collect their fresh prints directly from the store printer output tray.
Fulfillment is executed at the exact physical store where the QR code was scanned or selected in the kiosk URL (e.g. Sharma Xerox & Cyber Cafe).
3. Shipping & Handling Charges
Because all customer orders are fulfilled for immediate self-pickup at the physical counter station, Shipping & Handling Charges are ₹0 (Free). You only pay for the exact per-page printing costs displayed during checkout.
4. Order Tracking & Pickup Token
Upon successful payment verification, you receive a real-time digital ticket with a unique 4-Digit Order Token (#XXXX) and live status indicator:
- Queued: File successfully transferred to local printer queue.
- Printing: Document actively spooling on physical paper.
- Ready: Document completed and resting in the collection tray.
5. Delivery Inquiries & Assistance
